Rules and Regulations Governing Registered Members

  1. Status of Members
    Registered members shall function only as members of the Trust and shall not be deemed partners, agents, or representatives of the Trust unless expressly authorized in writing by the Board of Trustees.
  2. Admission and Approval
    Membership shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Board of Trustees/Managing Committee. No person shall claim membership as a matter of right. The decision of the Board shall be final and binding.
  3. Binding Nature of Trust Deed
    Every member shall be bound by the provisions of the Trust Deed, Rules, Regulations, and all resolutions passed by the Board of Trustees from time to time.
  4. Discipline and Conduct
    Members shall maintain strict discipline and shall not indulge in any act, speech, or behavior that may damage the reputation, functioning, or objectives of the Trust.
  5. Restriction on Use of Name and Authority
    No member shall use the name, logo, letterhead, seal, funds, or authority of the Trust for personal, political, commercial, or unlawful purposes without prior written approval.
  6. Financial Restrictions
    No member shall collect donations, receive funds, issue receipts, or incur expenses on behalf of the Trust without written authorization. Any financial irregularity shall invite strict disciplinary and legal action.
  7. Confidentiality Clause
    Members shall not disclose internal matters, documents, financial information, or decisions of the Trust to any third party without written permission. Breach of confidentiality shall be treated as serious misconduct.
  8. Prohibition of Political Activities
    The Trust shall remain strictly non-political. Members shall not associate the Trust with any political party, activity, or campaign.
  9. Suspension and Termination
    The Board of Trustees shall have absolute authority to suspend or terminate the membership of any member found guilty of misconduct, breach of rules, moral turpitude, financial misappropriation, or acts prejudicial to the Trust, after giving reasonable opportunity of explanation.
  10. No Claim Over Trust Property
    Members shall have no right, title, or interest in the movable or immovable properties, funds, or assets of the Trust under any circumstances.
  11. Resignation
    A member may resign by submitting a written notice. Acceptance of resignation shall be subject to approval by the Board.
  12. Indemnity
    The Trust shall not be responsible for any personal act, liability, or loss incurred by a member while acting without authority or in violation of Trust rules.
  13. Amendment Power
    The Board of Trustees reserves the right to amend, modify, or repeal these rules in accordance with law, and such amendments shall be binding on all members.
  14. Jurisdiction
    Any dispute arising out of membership shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where the Trust is registered.
